Based in Portland, Oregon, Northwest CART + Captioning (NWCC) provides CART for clients in any educational setting, meetings, conferences, and professional lectures.
We offer Remote CART as well as off-line captioning/transcripts to be used in post-production of lectures and videos for web-based classes anywhere in the US. We also provide onsite transcription services for clients conducting focus groups, meetings, and interviews for research and educational purposes.
